Empowerment di persone a rischio di esclusione tramite lo sviluppo di un training professionale sullo storytelling in Paesi UE in cui tale pratica è poco sviluppata.
Il progetto “StoryTeller” ha l’obiettivo di sviluppare un curriculum professionale sull’utilizzo dello storytelling nel lavoro con utenti (singoli e comunità) a rischio di esclusione. Essi, tramite lo storytelling, hanno l’opportunità di sviluppare, raccontare e condividere nuove storie di vita, basate sui loro obiettivi, sulle loro speranze e sui loro desideri. In questo senso, lo storytelling può essere applicato in numerosi contesti sociali, educativi e lavorativi.
Il curriculum sviluppato nell’ambito del progetto è in linea con gli standard EQF e si rivolge a tutti i professionisti che lavorano con persone a rischio di esclusione a causa di condizioni svantaggiate di diversa natura (disabilità, etnia, background culturale, barriere sociali ed economiche, ecc.).
Empowerment of persons under risk of exclusion through development of storytelling professional training in under-equipped EU countries
The project “StoryTeller addresses the professional field of storytelling, which has been recognized as a very useful and highly effective approach when dealing with vulnerable groups aiming at empowering them to believe, talk about and create new life stories, based on the goals, aims and desires they have in life. In this sense, storytelling today is recognized not only as useful, but as more and more present approach used in a variety of social, educational and work environments.
The project develops a formal C-VET curriculum in storytelling profession, aligned with the EQF, thus bringing storytelling closer to a wide range of professionals working with people under risk of exclusion due to disability, ethnic, cultural background, social and economic barriers or other disadvantage.
